Rice Pilaf

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • orzo (or bits of broken spaghetti noodles)
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 chicken boullion cubes
  • 1 cup white rice

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve chicken boullion in water to make broth. Brown orzo in melted butter. When kind of dark, add chicken broth and rice. Stir, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or water is all absorbed.
