Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll into 1 tbsp balls. Store in refrigerator.
