Ingredients
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup honey or 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups mashed bananas
- 2/3 cup oil
- 4 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix wet ingredients together. In another bowl mix dry ingredients and walnuts. Add wet ingredients to dry just until mixed. Pour into two regular or 4 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 50 minutes for small loaves or 1 hour for large loaves.
