Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1/2 avocado
- Handful of spinach
- 2 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp. honey, or pure maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract powder
Preparation
Step 1
1.) Put all ingredients in the blender.
2.) Blend & ENJOY!
Substitutions:
Coconut milk – Almond milk, Coconut water
Spinach – any dark green leafy vegetables
Honey – maple syrup, stevia, coconut nectar
