Ingredients
- 1 T. Yeast
- 1 1/3 C. Warm Water
- 1 T. Sugar
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 3-4 C. Flour
- (Salt & Butter)
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in water in a large bowl. Stir in sugar, salt & 3 cups flour. Mix well; knead 5-7 minutes. Form pretzels. Place on a greased cookie sheet.
BAKE at 400 for 20 minutes. Brush on butter & sprinkle with salt.
