Cole Slaw Dressing

Makes enough to dress about three cups shredded cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning or seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid, and seal. Shake well to combine and refrigerate for about an hour. Pour over shredded cabbage or bagged slaw mix and toss well to coat.
