Ingredients
- 1 LARGE HEAD OF CAULIFLOWER; CUT INTO BITE SIZE FLORETS
- 3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL; TO DRIZZLE
- 2 TEASPOONS GARLC POWDER
- 1/4 TEASPOON SALT; TO TASTE
- 1/8 TEASPOON PEPPER; TO TASTE
- 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER; MELTED
- 2/3 CUP FRANK'S HOT SAUCE
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES
PLACE FLORETS INTO A BOWL. DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL OVER FLORETS. TOSS TO BARELY COAT. ADD GARLIC POWDER, SALT AND PEPPER. TOSS WELL TO COAT EVENLY.
PLACE ON AN UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE ON MIDDLE RACK FO 15 MINUTES. TURNING FLORETS ONCE AFTER 5 MINUTES. CHECK AFTER 10 MINUTES FOR DESIRED TENDERNESS. YOU DON'T WANT THEM TO BE MUSHY.
MELT BUTTER IN A GLASS BOWL IN THE MICROWAVE. ADD HOT SAUCE TO BUTTER. REMOVE CAULIFLOWER FROM OVEN AND TOSS THEM IN THE HOT SAUCE TO COAT EVENLY.
RETURN THEM TO THE COOKIE SHEET AND BAKE THEM FOR AN ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES.
SERVE WITH RANCH OR BLUE CHEESE DRESSING FOR DIPPING.
