Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 1 tbsp paprika
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Parsley for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
In a saute pan, warm the olive oil. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and saute for 1 minute. Raise heat to high and add shrimp, lemon juice, sherry and paprika. Stir well, then saute, stirring briskly for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
