Zucchini Slices - Broiled

Ingredients

  • 12 (3)
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced (1/2 clove or 1 Sm)
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil (1 1/2 tsp)
  • 1 Tablespoon Snipped rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (1 1/2 tsp or 1/8 tsp dried))
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper (1/8 tsp)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (dash)
  • 4-6 Zucchini and or yellow squash, cut lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices (1-2)

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a saucepan cook garlic in hot oil over medium heat for 30 seconds.

2. Stir in rosemary, pepper, and salt. Drizzle mixture over zucchini and toss to coat.

3. Arrange zucchini on 4 inch rack and broil on power level high for 6 minutes on each side.
