Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream Chicken Soup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken with salt and pepper, celery and onion. Cover with water and cook until tender. Cool and dice into an 8 inch baking pan.

Mix all other ingredients. Spread over chicken. Crush 1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers and spread over sauce. Drizzle with 1 stick melted butter one tablespoon of poppy seeds.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
