Sweet Potato Fries

  • 4 (2)
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled (1 Potato)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil (2 1/4 tsp)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (1/4 tsp)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (1/4 tsp)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (1/8 tsp)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut the sweet potatoes in half length-wise; cut each half into 6 wedges.

2. Combine the oil, salt, cinnamon, and ginger in a large bowl and mix well. Add sweet potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
Place the wedges in a single layer on 4 inch rack. Bake on power level high for 15-17 minutes. Add a few minutes if you like fries extra crispy
