Step 1
PLACE ONION AND BAY LEAF INSIDE THE ROAST BEEF
COVER THE ROAST BEEF WITH GARLIC, FLOUR & ONION SOUP
PUT 1/2 C OF WATER ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN
COOK FOR 4 HRS AT 350 DEGREES (SEE RECOMMENDATION FROM THE BUTCHER)
PUT POTATOES ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN 1 1/2 HOURS BEFORE THE ROAST IS DONE
