Ingredients
- 2-3 lb pot roast
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can beef consume
- 1 can french onion soup (or slice one onion, thinly, and add one more can of beef broth)
- Rolls
- Cheese

Step 1
Cut the roast into big chunks. Put all ingredients in the slow cooker; cook on LOW 8-10 hours. After about 8 hours, use spoon to shred the meat. Spoon the meat into rolls, top with cheese and serve with au jus.
