Ingredients

  • 2-3

    lb pot roast

  • 1

    can beef broth

  • 1

    can beef consume

  • 1

    can french onion soup (or slice one onion, thinly, and add one more can of beef broth)

  • Rolls

  • Cheese

Directions

Cut the roast into big chunks. Put all ingredients in the slow cooker; cook on LOW 8-10 hours. After about 8 hours, use spoon to shred the meat. Spoon the meat into rolls, top with cheese and serve with au jus.
