Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 4 pieces bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover; chill several hours or overnight. Serve with Pepperidge Farm English Water Biscuits. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
