5-Minute Chocolate Cake

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. maraschino cherry juice
  • 1 lg egg
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. unsweetened cocal powder
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • whipped cream
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Melt the butter in a 12 oz. or bigger microwavable mug or ramekin. Swirl the butter around to coat. Add the milk, vanilla, juice and egg, and wisk. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and baking powder, wisk

Microwave for 90 seconds or until cake has risen and is set. Let cool slightly, top with whipped cream and a cherry
