Ham and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 1 cup whipping cream
• pinch of salt, cayenne pepper and nutmeg
• 4 ounces swiss cheese, grated
• 4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 cup of ham, chopped
• uncooked pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Mix eggs, cream and seasonsings. Mix in cheese and ham. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
