  • 3 C rolled oats
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 t vanilla
  • toppings: dried fruit, nuts, chocolate chips, etc.



Step 1

Preheat oven at 375 degrees.

Use muffin cups; spray with cooking spray.

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk thoroughly. Pour wet into dry and mix.

Bake 30 minutes.
