Fresh Basil Leaves
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Fresh Tomatoes

Step 1

Layer sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella in a dish.

Drizzle with a good balsamic vinaigrette. Good bottled works well, but add extra garlic, balsamic and chopped basil leaves to it. Garnish with the fresh basil leaves.

Serve with sliced baguettes or crackers.
