Hot Marinade

For Hot and Spicy Chicken

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Buttermilk
• 2 tbsp Franks hot sauce or Tabasco
• Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine in a bowl and marinde chicken for at least 30 minutes. Place on rack over baking sheet. Season generously with salt and pepper.
