Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
- 1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans
- Powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Microwave butter in classic batter bowl on high 40-45 seconds or until butter is melted. Add sugar, egg, flour and vanilla; mix well. Add pecans; mix well.
Using small scoop, drop dough 2 inches apart onto flat baking stone. Bake 12-15 mintues.
Cool 2 minutes on baking stone; remove to stackable cooling rack. Cool slightly.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar using flour/sugar shaker.
