- Rump roast
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- Gravy master
- Meat tenderizer
- Oregano
- Onion sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Night before stud roast with garlic slices, then cover with gravy master, meat tenderizer, and oregano, then cover roast with onion slices applied with toothpicks. Them refrigerate
Take out of fridge 20-30 minutes before cooking and preheat oven to500cook roast for 20 minutes at 500 then drop temp to 350-325 and tent roast with foil cook 1.5-2 hours add water to pan as necessary
