Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 3 Tbs. granulated sugar, more if needed
- pinch table salt
- 3 1/2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
Preparation
Step 1
Put milk, sugar and salt in a medium saucepan over medium high heat. Cook whisking constantly until sugar is melted, about 2 minutes. Continue to cook until the milk nearly reaches a boil, turn off heat and add the chocolate. Whisk constantly until melted and mixture is smooth.
