Ingredients
- 24 OZ SOUR CREAM
- 1 CUP BUTTERMILK
- 1 CUP MAYO
- 4 CLOVES GARLIC
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER
- 3 TBS DRIED DILL
- 1/2 CUP FINELY CHOPPED FRESH CHIVES
- 4 TSP LEMON JUICE (FRESH)
- FEW DASHES TOBASCO
Preparation
Step 1
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND WHISK (I USE THE KITCHEN AID MIXER OR NINJA) UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
REFRIGERATE SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE USE GIVING TIME FOR FLAVORS TO MELD AND THICKEN UP.
