Ingredients
- 1 T oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic sliced
- 2 C snow peas or sugar snap peas
- 1 red pepper cut into strips
- 1 pkg (4 oz)lemon jello
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 C chicken broth
- 2 T Zesty Italian dressing
- Cooked rice, if desired
Preparation
Step 1
- Heat oil on med-hi heat; cook chicken and garlic, stirring ocasionally until chicken done -about 4 min.
- Add peas and red peppers; cook and stir 2 min.
- Mix dry gelatin and cornstarch in bowl; add broth and dressing; add to skillet; reduce heat and cook unti sauce thickened
- Serve over hot cooked rice if desired
