Ingredients

    tsp local honey

  • 1-1/2

    T lemon juice

  • 1/2

    t ground cinnamon

  • 1

    T thin sliced ginger root

  • 2/3

    C of boiling water

Directions

Heat the water to boiling and pour out approx. 2\3 cup into mug or cup. Mix all together. Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir and let cool just long enough until you can drink still hot. Good to breathe in the scent while cooling. Helps sinuses. If trying to lose weight, drink morning and night on an empty stomach.
