Ingredients

  • For salad:
  • 4 cups cubed, cooked chicken (or 3 12.5-oz. cans)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. dried dill
  • 1 tsp. dried tarragon
  • 1 1/2 cups craisins
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. seasoning salt
  • Ground white pepper to taste
  • For wraps:
  • Romaine lettuce leaves
  • Spring greens
  • 10-inch flour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine salad ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight to let flavors meld.

2. Line tortillas with romaine leaves; add generous scoop of salad and spring greens and roll up folding sides inward.
