Cinnamon-Orange Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. refrigerated breadsticks
  • 1 Tb. margarine
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1 recipe orange icing

Preparation

Step 1

Unroll breadsticks; place on a piece of waxed paper. Slightly flatten breadsticks. Brush with margarine. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough. Press raisins into dough. Roll up each piece, jelly-roll style. Seal and place in greased round baking pan. bake in a 30 degree oven for 25 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack. Drizzle with Orange Icing. Serve warm.

Orange Icing: Combine 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. finely shredded orange peel, 1/4 tsp. vanilla and enough orange juice (2-3 tsp.) to make icing of drizzling consistency.
