Peach-Horseradish sauced Ribeyes

Ingredients
- 2 beef ribeye steaks cut 1 in. thick (1-1/2 lb. total)
- 1 Tb. olive oil
- 1 Tb. steak seasoning
- 1/3 c. peach preserves
- 2 Tb. prepared horseradish
- 2 Tb. bottled plum sauce
- Grilled Peaches (cooked 8 mins)

Step 1
1. Trim fat from steaks. Brush with oil and sprinkle with steak seasoning. Cook over medium for 13 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, stir preserves, horseradish and plum sauce in small bowl. Slice steaks, serve with sauce and grilled peaches.
