Ingredients
- 1 1 1 cup water
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 2 2 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 1 1 tablespoons kosher salt, plus more for sprinkling
- 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 teaspoons whole black peppercorns
- 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- Pinch Pinch cayenne
- 1 1 1 cup ice cubes

Preparation
Step 1
Heat all but ice. Add cubes to cool. Put in zipper bags (air squeezed out) for several hours to overnight.
