Ingredients

    1/4 cup light brown sugar

    2 T apple cider vinegar

    1 tablespoons kosher salt, plus more for sprinkling

    1-1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic

  • 1-1/2 1-1/2

    1-1/2 teaspoons whole black peppercorns

  • 1-1/2 1-1/2

    1-1/2 teaspoons dried thyme

  • 1/2 1/2

    1/2 teaspoon mustard powder

  • Pinch Pinch cayenne

  • 1 1

    1 cup ice cubes

Directions

Heat all but ice. Add cubes to cool. Put in zipper bags (air squeezed out) for several hours to overnight.
