Ingredients
- 4 lb beef roast
- 1 10 1/2 can beef broth
- 1 10 1/2 can condensed French onion soup
- 12 oz bottle of beer
- 6-8 French Rolls
Preparation
Step 1
Pat roast dry and place in crock pot.
In mixing bowl, combine beef broth, onion soup and beer. Pour over meat.
Cover and cook on Low 8 hours, or until meat is tender.
Split rolls. Warm in the oven.
Remove meat from cooker and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Then shred with 2 forks and place in rolls. Serve with dipping sauce on the side.
