Ingredients
- 6 Tb unsalted chicken stock
- 1/3 c honey
- 2 Tb dark sesame oil, divided
- 1 1/2 Tb whole grain mustard
- 4 skinless bonesless chicken breasts3/4 tsp saltpepper
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Combine chicken stock, honey, 1 Tb oil and mustard in small saucepan, stirring with shisk. Boil and reduce heat, cook 10 min until syrupy. Heat skillet, add remaining 1 Tb oil, sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, add chicken and cook 6 min on each side. Pour honey mixture over chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
