Ground Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb gound beef
  • 46 oz can tomato or V-8 juice
  • 1 16 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups frozen cubed hash browns, thawed
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef, drain and place in crock pot. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-9 hours.
