Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef

Ingredients
- 2.5 pounds flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1/4 t chili flakes
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 T grated ginger
- 2 T olive oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup grated carrots

Preparation
Step 1
Coat flank steak with corn starch, set aside.
Add all other ingredients except carrots to slow cooker, stir.
Add flank steak and cook on High for 2 - 3 hours.
In the last 30 minutes, add carrots.
Serve with rice.
