Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless stew meat, cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups water
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 3 carrots, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat in large skillet. Don't crowd the skillet so the meat gets cooked on all sides.
Place meat in slow cooker. Add remaining indredients in order listed. Stir well after each addition.
Cover and cook on Low 6-8 hours. Stir occassionally.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
