- 1 c. milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- Pinch nutmeg
- Mix or blend until smooth
- 4 oz. diced ham
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 c. (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
