Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups dark beer
- 16 ounce processed cheese spread (Velveeta)
- 1/3 cup cooked, crumbled bacon or 2 ounces imitation bacon bits
- 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/21 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk, beer and cheese spread in a medium saucepan. Stir in bacon.
Combine flour and butter and form into balls. Add butter mixture to warm milk mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until butter mixture dissolves and soup thickened. Season with salt and serve.
Makes 6 1.2 cups
