Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 2 cups coarsely chopped almonds, slightly toasted

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed ingredients till mixed. Stir in coconut, chips, and almonds. Don't over cook.
