Ingredients
- The meat of 4 chicken thighs - deboned and skin removed
- The meat of 4 chicken drumsticks - deboned and skin removed
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chipped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 gallon size zip-lock bag

Step 1
Prepare the chicken removing bones and skin and set aside.
Whisk together the remaining ingredients and place into the zip-lock bag. Add the chicken meat and marinade in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours - logger if possible.
Heat grill. Remove chicken from bag and discard any remaining marinade. Grill about 12 minutes turning chicken until fully cooked.
