Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen cod fillets
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 can cream of celery soup - (10 oz)
- 1 can clam chowder - (14 oz)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Step 1
Partially thaw fish. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
Saute onion in butter until translucent. Stir in soups, milk and water. Slowly bring to a boil. Add fish and simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until flesh is opaque and flakes easily. Sprinkle with parsley.
