Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 T water
- 1 lb pecans halves
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
250 greased baking sheet.
Whip egg white and water till frothy. Mix in the pecans to egg whites. Mix the sugar, salt & cinnamon. Remove the nuts and toss them into sugar mixture, spread on baking sheet. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 mins.
