Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds

Step 1


1) Add ½ teaspoon each of coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds to about 4-5 cups of boiling water.

2) Then, after the seeds have steeped briefly, strain the seeds out and pour the tea into a thermal mug to keep it hot while sipping throughout the day.

3) The key to have the tea hot as it helps the ingredients work in your body.
