Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 4 to 5 c. raspberries
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Spread raspberries in unbaked pie shell. Stir sour cream and combined sugar, flour and salt together; mix well. Spoon over berries. Sprinkle top with 2 teaspoons sugar. Bake in 450 oven for 10 minutes and 350 oven for 30 minutes or until light brown.
