- 2-3 lbs stew meat, tenderized
- 2 cans beef bullion
- carrots
- celery
- mushrooms
- onions
- potatoes
- mcormick's beef stew mix

Preparation
Step 1
place flour, salt, pepper, in baggie; dredge beef in mixture
place canola oil in pot, brown beef on all sides
add more oil, mccormick's seasoning, 2 1/4 cups beef broth
simmer 40 minutes
add veggies, simmer additional 30 minutes
