Potatoes Roasted Herb

These roasted potatoes will become your replacement for French fries. Also try cutting them into strips and serve them with a garlic mayonnaise as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds red potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 4 Cloves garlic, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces (if potatoes are small, leave whole) and place in a large bowl.

2. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs, and garlic.

3. Place on 4 inch rack and cook on power level high for 20-25 minutes turning halfway.
