Butter - Chipotle Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp teaspoon chopped canned chipotle
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blend butter, chili, vinegar, and salt in twister blender until smooth.

2. Transfer to a Tupperware bowl. Cover and chill.

Alternately place in Parchment or Wax paper and form into a log and chill until hard then wrap tightly and freeze for up to 3 months
