Chicken with Green Chili Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5-oz each)
  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 2/3 C cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 C water
  • 1/4 can canned chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 TBL sour cream 1 C hot cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

sprinkle chicken w/ cajun seasoning

in lg. nonstick skillet coated w/ cooking spray, brown chicken on both sdes

in sm. bowl, combine soup, water, chilies & lemon juice
stir into skillet

bring to boil
reduce heat
cover & simmer 8-10 min or until chicken juices run clear
remove from heat
stir in sour cream

serve w/ rice
