Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 3 Medium tomatoes, cored and cut into wedges
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme or 1/8 cup dried
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Arrange tomatoes cut side up in a single layer on the 4 inch rack.

2. Mix cheese and all other ingredients together and place on top of tomatoes.

3. Cook on power level high for 6 minutes.

4. The cheese will be bubbly and brown.
