Ingredients
- 1 # ground beef
- 1 15 oz. can kidney beans (or black beans- my preference!)
- 1 can (11-15 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 small can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
- 1 can (15 0z) pinto beans
- 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
- crushed tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
Brown g. beef and drain. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Simmer in slow cooker on low 6-8 hours. Serve soup with tortilla chips or cornbread.
