Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup uncooked regular oats
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Microwave butter and chocolate in a small bowl at HIGH 35 seconds or until chocolate begins to melt. Stir chocolate mixture until smooth.
Beat chocolate mixture, sugar and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.
Combine oats, flour, baking powder and salt; add to butter mixture, stirring just until blended. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 min or until cookie centers are almost done. Cool 5 min. on pans. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire racks.
