Salad Dressings - Thai Peanut Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 cup (organic) peanut butter
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce (Thai chili sauce)
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix peanut butter, lime juice, sweet and source sauce, soy sauce and vinegar. Whisk in oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
